What we collect
When you book a strategic call, we collect your name, email address, organisation, and anything you choose to share in the call itself. When you engage us for an Assessment, we collect business and technology information relevant to the engagement. We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not use third-party analytics that personally identify you.
Why we collect it
To run the call, to deliver the Assessment, and to send you the artefacts that come out of the engagement.
How we use it
Only to run the call, deliver the Assessment, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not profile you and we do not feed your information into advertising systems.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
How we protect it
We hold engagement information only as long as our commercial relationship and Australian tax and corporate-record law require, we limit who can access it, and we use reputable providers for booking and email.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion, subject to the legal retention requirements above.
We extract anonymised patterns from our engagements with client consent. No personal information ever enters the pattern library. Opt-outs are available per item and per whole clause.
