How we work

One Assessment. Four deliverables. No more than sixty days to a shipping outcome.

What the engagement produces, what every recommendation is composed of, and why every outcome closes in one of four currencies.

The Assessment

One week. Twelve client executive hours. $5,000 fixed.

Day 1

CEO and revenue owner

4 hours

Day 2

IT joins

4 hours

Days 3-4

Carlos solo, no client meetings

Synthesis

Day 5

The room together

4 hours

Day 1 is four hours with the CEO and the revenue owner. No CTO, no CFO, no EA. We surface three to five pains in the room and Carlos writes them up overnight.

Day 2 brings IT in for four more hours when the conversation moves from "what to build" to "what data and how it plugs in." We narrow to one or two leading options and a quick-response channel goes live.

Days 3 and 4, Carlos is solo. Synthesis. No client meetings.

Day 5 is four hours in the room together. We unveil the Bridge, read the Outcome Hypothesis aloud, walk the Strategic Roadmap, and name the path: an Initiative, a Strategic Momentum Program, or a clean "not ready" verdict. All three are successful outcomes. The package goes home with the client regardless.

What the Assessment produces

Four artefacts, kept regardless of continuation. Each one replaces something cheaper that has been failing you.

01

The Bridge

A single visual artefact that lets the CEO point and say "I want that," the revenue owner point at one block and say "that is what closes the deal that is stuck," and IT point at one block and say "I can build that."

Replaces the vendor deck.

Strategy Execution Platform artefact: the Bridge, a representative Assessment template with client content redacted to typographic shapes.

02

The Strategic Roadmap

A 90 to 180-day technology value map across three horizons. Survives a board reading without us in the room.

Replaces the consulting slide that needs the author in the room to make sense.

03

The Initiative Spec

A build-ready specification a delivery team can pick up, estimate, and kick off within ten business days of signature.

Replaces the Statement of Work that nobody writes well enough to be useful.

04

The Outcome Hypothesis

A falsifiable prediction in 4-currency language with a stated confidence band. If the evidence does not confirm or contradict it within the 60-day window, we rewrite it.

Replaces the discovery memo nobody finishes.

The four-currency rule

You need Technology that leverages your business. That is the tech we specialise in.

Leverage your revenue

Using the right technology will grow your revenue. Your competitors know it. Can you afford to not act on it?

Leverage your business compliance

Make compliance your advantage, not your headache

Leverage your investments

More output from every dollar invested in tech

Leverage untapped opportunities

Be ready to win the right opportunities

Every objective closes in one of four currencies: revenue, risk, cost, or opportunity. If it cannot, we decompose. If it still cannot, we refuse the work.

What the Assessment is not

It is not a vendor selection. We do not pre-select tools, platforms, or stacks before Day 1.

It is not a code review. IT enters on Day 2 to surface data sufficiency and silent prerequisites, not to defend or critique an existing codebase.

It is not a build sprint. The Assessment scopes the Initiative; the Initiative is the build.

The boundary is the feature. The Assessment is bounded so the answer is real.

After Day 5

There are three paths out of the Assessment, locked the evening before Day 5 against a written process artefact.

Path A - Initiative

We recommend the named Initiative for the next 60 days. The Spec is in the package. We offer a kickoff date within two weeks.

Path B - Strategic Momentum Program

We recommend a retainer for the next 3 or 6 months when an Initiative is not the right shape but presence and reinforcement are.

Path C - Not ready

We tell you you are not ready to move at our speed and we tell you why, in the pains we surfaced together. The package is still yours. It is useful without us. About one in four engagements ends here. It is a successful outcome and it preserves the relationship.
