I'm a Software Engineer and Technology Strategist with over 20 years of experience with Startups and leading enterprise-wide digital transformations, data modernization programs, and risk innovation initiatives across APAC, LATAM, and the Middle East.

Before this, I spent over 25 years solving the same core problem at increasingly larger scales: how to deliver complex technical systems reliably, under real constraints. I've led a USD$35M national digital government programme that maintained 100% uptime across citizen-facing services. Designed data architectures that cut time-to-market by 40% for enterprise BPO operations. Directed an entrepreneurship ecosystem that scaled from 5 cities to 17, supporting 10,000+ founders. Advised sovereign AI and open data strategies for national governments. Architected command centre systems aligned to WCO and ISO standards.
